BULAWAYO CITY FC play for the first time this year at Babourfields stadium in their last match of the ZIFA Southern Region Division One League against Arenel, needing a point to secure the title and a quick return to the Premier Soccer League on Saturday.

City beat Arenel 5-0 in their last encounter on the opening day of the season with a brace from Thembani Masuku and single strikes from Trevor Ndlovu, Hugh Chikosa and Lucky Nyathi. They will arrive at BF hoping for a repeat of the opening day as a defeat coupled with a win for second placed Talen Vision will see the Gold and Black win the league on goal difference.

Vision had threatened not to fulfil their last away match to Makomo following their query on yellow carded Bulawayo City players namely Zephania Ngodzo, Innocent Kutsanzira, Benson Phiri, Physwell Madhazi and Dumo Lunga whom they claim played while sitting on three yellow cards.

ZIFA says they did a reverification exercise and the concerned players were indeed suspended.

Talen Vision however want to have access to the records in order to satisfy themselves.

Attempts by Vision to have the two matches postponed failed as ZIFA wrote to them indicating that the matches should go ahead as the issue of the yellow cards was an administrative issue which they have resolved.

Despite their earlier threats of not travelling to Hwange, Mysports can confirm that Vision arrived in the coal mining town ahead of their clash with fourth placed Makomo on Saturday.

In the other closing fixtures Casmyn will host Moto Moto, Toronto are at home to Binga Pirates, CIWU will host ZPC Hwange and Indlovu Iyanyathela welcome Mpopoma side Ajax.
