DYNAMOS DRAW IN KARIBA AS TEL ONE BEAT NGEZI AT HOME

On a Saturday of red cards in the Castle Larger Premier Soccer League Tel One continued with their revival under Rahman Gumbo with a 1-0 win over Ngezi Platinum Stars at Ascot Stadium in Gweru.

Jacob Muzokomba scored the only goal from the spot after Tafadzwa Sibanda had been brought down in the box. It was his 4th goal of the season.

Sibanda was later red carded for a second bookable offence as did Donald Teguru of Ngezi Platinum Stars.

At Nyamhunga stadium there was also a red card for Dynamos defender Jimmy Tigere as ZPC kariba and Dynamos played to a 1-1 draw. Evans Katema put Dynamos ahead from the spot for his third goal in Dynamos colours and is now on 10 goals this season after scoring seven goals while at Mushowani.

ZPC Kariba equalised through defender James Marufu for his second of the season but had a late penalty saved by Dynamos goalkeeper Simbarashe Chinani.

Saturday Results

Chicken Inn 0-2 Manica Diamonds, ZPC Kariba 1-1 Dynamos, Tel One 1-0 Ngezi Platinum Stars.
